What is the typical production time for custom orders?
Most custom wall art and personalized home decor items are handcrafted and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. During peak holiday seasons, production may take up to 10 business days.
How do I ensure my photos are high enough quality for printing?
For the best results, we recommend uploading high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI) in JPEG or PNG format. Our editor will provide a quality warning if your image resolution is too low for the selected frame size.
What is your return policy for personalized items?
Since personalized items are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery if there is an issue.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary based on location and the size of the items in your order.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Because we begin our production process quickly, changes can only be made within 2 hours of order placement. Please double-check your cropping and spelling before finalizing your purchase.
