Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during the transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned decor, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
